Order Processing, Shipping, and Delivery

Processing & Business Days

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) will be processed on the next business day.

Standard Orders

  • Standard shipping is available for all U.S. orders.
  • Orders received by 7:00 AM MST will be processed within 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
  • Orders placed after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day.

Important Notes:

  • Shipping rates are determined by the courier, not Bella Lash.
  • All order totals are in U.S. dollars. International customers may be subject to currency exchange rate differences and customs fees.

Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates

Ground Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 2-7 business days (via semi-truck)
  • Cost: Based on location

2-Day Shipping (FedEx)

  • Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days
  • Processing: Orders received by 7:00 AM MST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Signature may be required upon delivery.

Overnight Shipping (FedEx)

  • Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days
  • Processing: Orders received by 7:00 AM MST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Friday Overnight Orders: Orders placed before 7:00 AM MST will be delivered on Monday.
  • Signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Cost: Based on location

International Shipping (DHL Express)

  • Estimated delivery: 3-7 business days
  • Processing: Orders received by 7:00 AM MST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 7:00 AM MST will be processed on the next business day.
  • Expedited international shipping is not available.
  • Cost: Based on location
